China has been the factory of the world currently, competition between the enterprises is more and more intense, the focus of competition is how to response customers'requirements as soon as possible. So how to improve the production system in order to make the output low-cust, short-period, high- qulity is the topics that we think about these years. We have found the answer through practice that promote the logistics of the auto companies is meaningful.This paper learn from the advanced pre-production logistics and distribution system, and in consider of the actual situation of FAW-Volkswagen's logistics to find appropriate inbound logistics system which can make the materials delivery accurate, punctual, smooth. Then improve the supply chain's competitiveness, reduce operating costs and increase efficiency. First this paper analyze the pros and cons of FAW-Volkswagen inbound logistics qualitatively. Through the analysis toward the basic logistic models in Auto Company, we can get the requirement if we make the delimitation for coming-inside-process. And also give a instruction for the ability-consideration toward the coming-inside-process. After making this instruction, we also make a description for the steps of the consideration, during this part the pivot is the theory of the delimitation-analysis, also with the model built and the steps to take. Then give a instruction for the stand of the logistic efficiency. After giving the standard, we describe the way to choose the stand, take measures and analyze. Through analyzing the consideration system, the different models of coming-inside-process are considered, and finally a logistic efficiency consideration will be given. We also use the delimitation-analysis method to calculate the system standard for different logistic models and through comparing we find the supermarket logistics model has an absolutely predominance.
