The Research On Inbound Logistics Operation Modes Of FVW Company

We know that the costs of enterprises can be reduced a lot by increasing thelogistics efficiency. As the increase of logistics efficiency, the inventory can bereduced accordingly so as to reduce the funds occupation, improve the capitalefficiency and increase the profits of enterprises indirectly.With the intensifying of market competition, the first thought of enterprises is toreduce the consumption of raw materials, or use new materials to improveperformance and reduce consumption in the development of enterprises. At thesame time, the enterprises also have been trying to improve labor productivitythrough using new technologies, processes and management methods so that theenterprises can increase the competitive advantage. Nowadays, under theincreasingly competitive market, the product homogeneity of many industries isincreasingly high. Their technology means, skill levels, material levels andmanagement levels are similar, so providing labor productivity has becomeincreasingly difficult by reducing material consumption. Therefore, people begin topay attention to the logistics chain to reduce logistics costs ultimately by optimizingthe logistics process and strengthening the theoretical study of logistics. So,generally, the logistics is known as "the last frontier of cost reduction" in theinternational communityIn this paper, the author analyzed the practical problems existing in the inboundlogistics through studying the operation modes of automobile manufacturers’inbound logistics provided by the logistics company and searched the distributionsystem and the operation method fitting for the inbound logistics of the logisticscompany through learning from the foreign advanced logistics before productiondistribution system in order to improve the timeliness and accuracy of materialsdistribution, increase economic efficiency and reduce operating costs.This paper introduced the researching situation in domestic and internationallogistics management and cited several theories which influenced broader. Also, theauthor introduced and analyzed FVW Company’s operation modes of inboundlogistics, and pointed out the existing problems. Then, the principle, structural concrete and specific implementation step of AHP was introduced. Combining withthe related requirements for inbound logistics made by auto enterprises, the authorset the hierarchy structure of inbound logistics as well as the selection method, indexmeasurement and weight of evaluation index. Finally, the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) was applied to evaluate the logistics mode. By calculating and comparativelyanalyzing the index, the comparative advantage of supermarket logistics could beapproached ultimately.
