Western principles of management has been praised highly and studied by Chinese enterprisers since reform and open. However, as important human activity, management has been effected by economy, policy, society, culture, etc. Nowadays many domestic and foreign scholars have recognized this administrant feature with embedded human nature. Oriented to occident, principles of management have to face challenge of natural environment disaffected probably in Asian countries where oriental culture and Chinese culture is penetrated. So following the principles blindly would like Handan Toddler. In such a case, searching a way of Chinese enterprise management suited to China's national condition is an important task.The thesis's primary study is that Di Zi Gui effects on enterprise culture, Ethical leadership and public responsibility, communication management, motivation management, core competence. On the base of the practice of Di Zi Gui in Huitonghuili's management, by combining modern management and Confucianism, and using Di Zi Gui's application model, this paper tried to find out the feasibility of Di Zi Gui in enterprise management, and matched the point of"running business as a family".From the study, this thesis found out that there is common ground between Di Zi Gui and modern management science, although they are different from: Firstly, they are from different angle that western modern management studies human behavior from economic man, but Di Zi Gui is from good human nature. Secondly, western modern management is decentralized nature, but Di Zi Gui is focus nature. This paper also pointed out that the family is the cornerstone constituted the Chinese tradition society, so that "family standard" culture constituted the traditional culture bottom color. Therefore, if only managers ran business as a family they could solve management problems easier. Finally, according to the problems existing in Di Zi Gui and this study, the thesis proposed the future research directions.
