In the current epoch of knowledge economy, enterprise management has evolved from experience and science management to a higher stage-culture management. Enterprise culture management has become a main trend of enterprise management in the 21st century. We can see from the inner part of enterprise operation management, the core competence is enterprise culture. The main cause of an enterprise'failure is the breakdown of the culture. That means culture loses customers'recognition and fails to gather the employees together. Therefore, powerful culture is a new magic key for an enterprise's success. On the basis of enterprise culture, combining investigation with analysis and theory with practice, the thesis, using relative theoretical mood of enterprise culture, reconstructs the enterprise culture system, aiming at the problems existing in enterprise culture construction of Zhongliang Wine Company. It is divided into six parts: First part: Emphatically introducing the research background of the thesis, and the content, thinking and method of cultural research of Zhongliang Wine Company selected as enterprise culture research object, as well as the referential significance for cultural revolution of the other enterprises in the same field. Second part:Ⅰ. Theoretical summarization of foreign enterprise culture;Ⅱ. Theoretical summarization of domestic enterprise culture;Ⅲ. Introduction of the connotation, feature and hierarchy of enterprise culture. Third part: Emphatically introduction of constructive principle of enterprise culture. These are why we should construct enterprise culture, what kind of enterprise culture we will construct, how to construct the outstanding enterprise culture. Fourth part: Investigation and analysis of present condition of enterprise culture construction of Zhongliang Wine Company. Through objective and deep analysis on main problem and present enterprise culture condition of Zhongliang wine company, finding out the practical reason for the problem existing in enterprise culture construction, pointing out the right direction for the reconstruction of the enterprise culture system. Fifth part: Expounding the process of enterprise culture construction of Zhongliang Wine Company. The thesis firstly specifies the purpose, thinking, guiding theory and principle, and classifies the implementing phases of enterprise culture system.Sixth part:Through the separate discussion of supporting measures for constructing and implementing of enterprise culture system, indicating the important influence these supporting measures attach on enterprise cultural innovation getting a satisfying effect. Finally, the thesis summarizes and concludes the important conclusion and feature of the research.
