Corporate culture in the core competitiveness has both direct effect and indirect effect. First, the enterprise culture is the spirit of enterprise resources, scientific and reasonable enterprise culture can be as the core competitiveness of enterprises, promote enterprise development. Second, the enterprise culture is the spiritual elements, only through and other resources combined with can or communicated to the outside world, and usually enterprise culture can and enterprise brand, human resources management, and other elements combined the application of enterprise culture in the daily operation and management of enterprises, corporate culture to convey to the outside world.This study combines theoretical research and empirical research methods, to explore the core competitiveness of enterprises in the perspective of corporate culture construction of HUAWEI's enlightenment and improvement strategy. Firstly, the theoretical research method is used to explain the theoretical relationship between the construction process of enterprise culture and the core competence and the construction of enterprise culture. And analysis Huawei enterprise culture development course of corporate culture, contents and characteristics of, Huawei's culture are explained, and the binding effect of Huawei's corporate culture on the core competence and influence on the performance of their business, further analysis of Huawei enterprise competitiveness for the construction of enterprise culture, in-depth analysis of the achievements and the problems that exist in the Huawei Company enterprise culture construction process. Finally put forward the strategy of enterprise culture construction based on the core competence of HUAWEI Company. With the continuous change of the market environment and the enterprise competition intensifies. Only when the enterprise culture core competitive advantages in the fierce competition in the market occupy a certain market share, research on the core competence based on the corporate culture of Huawei, for enterprises to enhance core competitiveness and strong corporate culture management provide practical guidance.
