A Research On Construction Of Enterprise Ecological Culture Based On Core Competence

The enterprise ecological culture emerges under the situation of the ecological crisis and the resources crisis in the whole world. It plays an important role in the ups and downs of the enterprises, and will certainly become the leading management pattern when the enterprises adhere to the scientific outlooks on the development, and implement sustainable developmental strategy in 21st century.With the acceleration of the economic globalization, China's enterprises are facing the unprecedented competitive pressures; how to effectively improve their core competence, and to survive and develop in the fierce market competition is a major issue for the more and more enterprises and the experts or scholars.
