Since 1980s, more and more enterprises started on forming strategic alliances for coping with the environment of more intensive competitions and technology changing faster than ever before. Through technological cooperation, enterprises can acquire complementary technologies and improve the ability of technical innovation, thereby promote their strategic position and competency. As a result, strategic alliance is gaining more and more attentions from researchers and enterprises. For firms participated in technical cooperation, technological cooperative effect is their first concern, but because of the short research time, there are limited literatures on this topic. Therefore, our research is of theoretical and reality value.Based on the results which have been got by the former scholars, this paper emphasizes on the analysis of the internal and external environment which influences the technological cooperative effect of strategic alliances, thus we find three key environmental factors including technical difference, alliance structure and policy support .Then through academic summarize and logical derivation, we put forward the concept model and theoretic hypotheses. To testify the model and hypotheses, we use structural equation model in this paper to analyze, taking ShenZhen enterprises as the sample. Firstly, we study relevant literatures, the appropriate measures of research variables are picked up. After the pre-test by expert, the questionnaire is formed. Secondly, the data from the useful questionnaire was compressed and the further analysis was done by the SPSS15.0 software, thus insured the reliability and validity of these indexes. Thirdly, the questionnaire's data was analyzed with the Amous7.0 software, and realized Structure Equation Modeling analytics.Based on the analytics, it was discovered that enterprises'preferred strategic alliance structure is influenced by technical difference between the alliance partners, and the equity -based strategic alliance structure is influenced by policy support, but the impact of policy support on contract-based alliance is not marked. It is also shown that technical difference between the alliance partners, policy support and equity-based alliance has positive effect on technological cooperative effect, moreover, the biggest is technical difference, policy support is next, and equity-based alliance is the last. On the contrary, contract-based alliance has negative effect on technological cooperative effect. Finally, this article carried out the explanation on the result of this empirical research. The contribution of this research lies in that we study the relationship between the critical factors and technological cooperative effect, applying Survey, EFA and SEM. According to the findings, for better technological cooperative effect of strategic alliances, enterprises must investigate technical difference from partners, and choose the appropriate alliance structure according to the goal. At the same time, our government needs to give actively suitable policy support to the technical cooperation of strategic alliances.
