With the development of knowledge economy,knowledge has become a key resource for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.In order to satisfy the market demand better,improving the competitiveness of enterprises,relying solely on their own strength is difficult to complete,companies must integrate the knowledge created internally and external access to knowledge.As an organization and cooperative network,the strategic alliance provides an effective platform for the acquisition of knowledge among enterprises.Therefore,the enterprises transfer and learn the knowledge of other enterprises through the formation of strategic alliances.However,in fact,the alliance development process is not smoothly,the alliance between enterprises of knowledge transfer process is relatively complex.In this regard,the past scholars from the characteristics of knowledge,organizational capability,the alliance differences and other factors,analyzing the reason why the knowledge transfer effect of the union is not good,and few scholars based on organizational differences consider the study of knowledge transfer effect of strategic alliance.For the reason that this paper start research based on the logic of institutional differences affecting knowledge transfer effect.First of all,reviewing and collecting the relevant literature of institutional differences,strategic alliance knowledge transfer both at home and abroad,from which to find the shortage of existing research,this paper is determined to grasp the research content and direction.And the institutional theory and knowledge transfer theory related to this study are collated and analyzed,which provides the theoretical basis for the construction of the theoretical model subsequently.Secondly,on the basis of combing the literature and the relevant theories,this paper reveals the direct influence and mechanism of institutional differences on the knowledge transfer of strategic alliance enterprises through the establishment of theoretical models.And the connotation analysis of the variables involved in the mechanism are paved the way for the study hypothesis.Thirdly,the actual situation of the variables involved is investigated by questionnaires,and the reliability and validity of the data are guaranteed by reliability and validity test and correlation analysis.Finally,the regression model is processed by SPSS statistical software to realize the verification of the research hypothesis,and the conclusion of this paper is drawn.And in order to enhance the effect of knowledge transfer,some recommendations are put forward for the union enterprises.Moreover,the limitations and future research directions of this paper are pointed out.According to the above research logic,this paper mainly draws the following four conclusions.Firstly,whether it is formal institutional differences or informal system differences,both negatively influence the strategic alliance knowledge transfer effect.The greater of the difference between theinter-organizational systems,the more unfavorable to the effect of knowledge transfer among strategic alliance enterprises.Secondly,the quality of alliance relations plays a central role in the influence of formal institutional differences on the knowledge transfer effect of strategic alliances;the role of informal institutional differences in the impact of strategic alliance knowledge transfer is fully mediated.Thirdly,the ability of alliance weakened the influence of informal system on the effect of strategic alliance knowledge transfer,and its regulatory effect was remarkable.But the alliance capacity for the formal system differences affect the strategic alliance knowledge transfer effect of the regulatory role is not significant.Finally,the experience of the alliance has weakened the effect of formal institutional differences on the effect of alliance knowledge transfer,and its regulatory effect is remarkable.And the experience of the alliance also weakened the impact of informal institutional differences on the effect of alliance knowledge transfer,and its regulatory role is also significant.In this study,the differences between organizations are applied to the research of strategic alliance knowledge transfer,and based on this perspective analyze its influence on the knowledge transfer effect of strategic alliance.The research will enrich the theory of institutional difference and provide a new perspective for the research of strategic alliance knowledge transfer.In addition,this study also explores the inherent mechanism of institutional differences affecting the knowledge transfer of strategic alliances,and puts forward themediating role of alliance quality,the adjustment role of the alliance capability of enterprises and alliance experience,and further reveals how institutional differences have a impact on strategic alliance knowledge transfer.The impact of the path expand the strategic alliance of knowledge transfer research ideas,research results will provide some practical guidance for the union enterprises to enhance the effect of knowledge transfer.
