Studying On Quality Management Of Huge Petrochemical Engineering Building Project

Petrochemical industry has many characteristics, just as consecutive production, flammable and explosive raw materials, high temperature and high pressure surrounding, venomous and harmful products, and which make project quality management very important. But at present the mode of petrochemical project quality management in China is very traditional which is hard to be seasoned with new environments and requirements of new projects. And it would make many quality problems and bad effects to petrochemical engineering building projects. So studying on quality management of huge petrochemical engineering building projects is very significative.In this paper, the scope of the studying included the quality co-relationship of the owner, supervision, design, stock, construction, check and other participants in the project quality management. According to a large systematic concept, using the quality system and the concept of Total Quality Control, three different background cases about petrochemical engineering building projects just as Shanghai SECCO ethylene project were studied. The scope was to find the problems on framework, system, responsibility and process control.Combined with case analysis and the characteristics of project management, this paper used ways of contrast analysis and group analysis to sum up the quality management problems of huge petrochemical engineering building project which mainly show on interest competition, environment effect, project owner management etc. And it also put forward many means and countermeasures to solve these problems.This article breaks through the status of the quality management of the project based on the independent individual and subsection research. According to quality system and the concept of Total Quality Control, it analyzed the quality management problems of petrochemical engineering building project in-depth. It will be of instructional significance to the similar projects.
