| Nowadays Project Management information system(PMIS) and Project Information Portal(PIP) are both important Auxiliary tools which has been widely used in China.Though the PMIS is earlyer and mature application, that the PIP is developed faster by using the internet technical in large engineering.And both of them are developing and Constantly improve.As the largest investment project in China, the SiChuan Petrochemical Engineering Project is very important to the layout of energy industy in southwest of China.Also in the world wide energy crisis, project show the CNPC's corporate responsibility.The paper put forward the concept of new PIP system (PMIP system) on the base of project management information system (PMIS) and traditional information portal (PIP). PMIP system not only have the functions of traditional project information portal, but also have the information management function to support the decision that are typical function of project management system. The paper analyse project management from the height of business management,and provide that the PMIP system has the ability of enterprise projct management. Through using the PMIP system, that project groups could meet the conditions of the optimization of the project within the singal project groups management,under the precondition of maximizing nterprise benefit (social value). It identify the definition of large petrochemical project in China,by analysing the macro economic policy and data.The paper analyses how to build the PMIP system of large petrochemical engineering, from the analysis of requirements, design principle, performance requirements, management structure,etc. It also demonstrates the application of the system, according to the sichuan petrochemical project's characteristics, the difficulties of engineering management and the PMIP system's implementation plan. |
