Research On Quality Management Of Petrochemical Design Engineering In X Design Institute

China's petrochemical industry is entering a period of rapid development and a new round of construction.However,due to the high risk of chemical projects,the state and the people have put forward stringent requirements for the quality of petrochemical projects.As the first link in the construction of engineering projects,chemical engineering is also faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.How to ensure the efficiency and quality of petrochemical projects has become a problem that plagues design practitioners.For this problem,the quality management system solves the problem of inconsistency between design efficiency and quality level.Through empirical investigation and analysis,this paper combines theory with practice.Firstly,it conducts a literature review of quality management,introduces the general situation of X design institute,and communicates with senior quality management experts of design institutes,leaders of various departments and employees.The development status of quality management of X Design Institute,using quality management theory,through rigorous logic analysis,identified the main problems affecting the quality level of X design institute petrochemical engineering project,including the quality management system itself,the lack of employee quality management awareness On-site cooperation with construction problems,scheduling issues,design conditions handover problems,professional division of labor is not clear.In order to cope with the existing problems of X Design Institute,through the discussion with relevant personnel in the company,suggestions were made from the aspects of improving the quality management system organization structure and improving the quality management system,and proposed to improve the designer's business level and quality management awareness.Basic implementation measures.Combined with the company's development characteristics and its own conditions,the corresponding implementation and safeguard measures were put forward.It is expected to improve the current quality management system of X Design Institute through the above-mentioned means,and ensure that X Design Institute can base itself on the current highland of domestic competition and to do a theoretical reference and model reference for quality management in the international market.
