With the development of China's Economic and the deepening of Electricity market reform, the extent of marketization in Power Enterprises is continuously rising. The competition among the enterprises is intensifying. So through scientific and effective human resources planning to satisfy the demand of enterprise development became a challenge for enterprise.Firstly, this paper elaborates the theories of human resource planning and the related knowledge, and on the base of detailed analysis of the human resource and the management of human resource of Inner Mongolia Power Company, find out the problems of the company, then choose the model scientifically to predict the human resource demand and the supply in the next few years, and get the conclusion that how many employees the Inner Mongolia Power Company needs. Lastly, according to the strategic objectives of the company and the analysis conclusion of the human resource supply and demand, the author proposes a program for the human resource planning of company.
