Strengthen the planning and management of human resources,not only to achieve the rational allocation of resources,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,but also promote the harmonious and stable development of enterprises.Through effective planning and management of human resources of enterprises,to improve employee satisfaction,to the maximum extent to explore the potential of employees,employees to ensure maximum efficiency,at the same time,to provide a reasonable strategy for enterprise performance management and talent recruitment and training process,to achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises in the future.Therefore,the planning and management of human resources of C company has important practical significance.This paper takes C company human resources as the research object,by collecting,sorting,analysis of the relevant data and documents,familiar with the research status at home and abroad to master the supply and demand of human resources planning and human resources,based on full use of the existing research results,to carry out the analysis and research status of supply and demand of human resources of C company.This paper analyzes the current situation of human resources of C company from the aspects of the total amount of employees,the structure of employees,the quality of employees and the flow of employees,and makes SWOT analysis.Using scientific methods to forecast the supply and demand of human resources of C company: the supply forecast adopts the combination method of the exponential smoothing method and the Markoff forecast method;and the demand forecast is based on the grey forecasting model.According to the forecast results of supply and demand,the relationship between supply and demand of human resources of C company is analyzed.The results show that the imbalance between supply and demand of human resources of C company.Finally,the paper puts forward the measures to adjust and guarantee the balance between supply and demand of human resources of C company.
