Along with the reform of electric power system and changes in supply and demand of the market, power supply enterprises have transformed to be managers and the one to serve customers of power from managers of power's production and use. Electricity services have become an important sustainable premise for development of electric power enterprises. In this paper, based on the study of literature at home and abroad and research in power supply enterprise, through the discription of service blueprint and analysis of business processes of power company, combined with the evaluation methods of State Grid Corporation's electricity service, in the context of Intelligent electric grid construction,separately establish service quality evaluation system from power supply'supply-side and client parties. Comprehensivly analyse the implementation of service quality of one power company,use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to access service quality of the company, finally give proposed measures to enhance the service quality of power supply enterprise. |
