The Evaluation And Optimization Of Pension Service Supply Capacity Based On The Service Supply Chain

Due to social senior industry is significant,the intensive development of pension service industry is imminent.Firstly,using the basic idea of SSC,this study defines the meaning of“pension service supply chain”(PSSC),and builds the innovation model of pension service supply chain on the basis of the existing pension service model,and also introduces its internal structure and function.Then,Combining with promotion and practice of pension service supply,this study discusses the necessity and feasibility of developing innovation model.Secondly,an evaluation index system of the capacity of pension service supply and a fuzzy evaluation model are built on the basis of SSC in this paper.The evaluation index system is composed of 27 indicators which are derived from the three parts of PSSC : pension service provider,pension service integrator and pension service demander;To determine the weight,the fuzzy evaluation model uses the method of analytic hierarchy process and entropy value method.Whereafter,it makes an empirical analysis;Illustrated by the example of "net-work" care in Suzhou,its structure of SSC and the operating model are analyzed.By the way of collecting data and issuing questionnaires,it makes an empirical analysis combining with the evaluation system and the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,which draws a conclusion : the ability of current PSSC of“net-work” care in Suzhou is good,and from the aspects of mathematical it proves that that can be a wide range of promotion.Nevertheless,SSC is still in the exploratory stage,and its internal places still need to be improved and optimized.Lastly,it puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to optimize the PSSC,which corresponds to three key nodes in the PSSC including pension service demander,pension service provider and pension service integrator,as well as the government with special identity in the PSSC.
