| With the deep reform of electric system and change of relationship between power supply and demand, power supply enterprise realizes it is important to improve service quality. Accurate service quality evaluation is the presupposition of improving service quality. Accordingly, the author made a research on service quality comprehensive evaluation system for power supply enterprise. The paper evaluated service quality of power supply enterprise from customers and enterprise itself angles based on the structure of service quality. The model of service quality evaluated by customer based on regression coefficient method and fuzzy entropy weight method and the model of service quality evaluated by enterprise itself based on improved fuzzy AHP method were proposed. The integrated service quality evaluation system of power supply enterprise was built. The system was validated by an example of the actual power supply enterprise. Finally, some advices on improving service quality were given and software system of comprehensive evaluation on service quality of power supply enterprise was designed. |
