With the electricity market to speed up the reform process and the large number of new energy that can replace power has happened, the role of the power supply enterprise that it had been managers of production and users of power have changed into electricity operators and customer service. Electricity service has become an important part of business marketing programs. In this paper, on the basis of the literature study that at home and abroad, the power customer has been classified, and Gronroos customer perceived service quality model and the PZB model has been used to analysis the main aspects that embodied in power supply quality service, meanwhile combined with the electricity service evaluation method of the State Grid Corporation to determine the service quality evaluation index of power supply enterprises, and through factor analysis the indicators can be simplified, the final target evaluation system that suitable for all types of customers has been gotten. Finally, it is used triangular fuzzy number and a multiple chain to determine the ultimate weight of indicators, done a positive analysis on a power supply enterprise in network of South Hebei's with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the final result of the power supply service quality of the company has been gotten..
