With the development of global economy integration, rapid development of international trade stimulated the container transportation, in order to meet the growing quantity demanded of container transportation, shipping companies, on the one hand, adopt large-scale, high service speed ships, on the other hand, higher operational efficiency of berth ports were required. Therefore, the world container ports are expanding their scope and amend port logistics system to improve the operational efficiency of port, thus speeding up the shipping cycle and increase competitiveness of port.Port container logistics system is the key of port modernization, which is one of the main objects of port tapping the potential, innovation, transformation. Through the understanding and research on port container logistics system, my paper analysed the advantages and disadvantages of the current situation of port container logistics system, and based on the forecast about development trend of port container logistics system, it proposed a novel port container logistics system, including novel shore container crane, novel container ship, novel container storage facilities, novel container handling technology and so on.Firstly, the dynamic research of domestic and international container port logistics system are reviewed in this paper, and the situation and development trends of container logistics system are researched. The existing container port logistics system for container crane, port container transporter, port container yard and container loading process model are also introduced detailedly.Secondly, design of function, structure and parameters and operation and characteristics of the novel container port logistics system equipment and facilities, including the novel container quay crane and container transporter. Novel container storage facilities--design of container warehouse structure, size and parameters, and their strengths and weaknesses of the container storage mode are all researched.Thirdly, the handing process model of novel container terminal logistics system which was mainly consisting of loading and unloading vessels, warehouse storaging, warehouse exiting, warehousing transfering and restow-container was detailed discussed. Some kind of processes including boat to library, library to ship; library to library; library to removable box library, removable box library to library; libraries to shippers, cargo owners to the library; removable box library to cargo owners and so on were illustrated at tne same time.Finally, the paper designed two novel container terminal logistics system planning based on the existing container port and obtained Simulation of experimental data by Building simulation models on Flexsim. Then, the paper analysised and tested results are compared to select good optimization program which has the Best ratio of Port Equipment Configuration.Purpose of this paper is achieving scientific management, efficient operation, safety on production operation and enhance port competitiveness, so, this study has practical significance. As the object of this paper which is a virtual logistics system is lack of actual data, the depth is to be further deepened.
