| In recent years, the competition in book industry became increasingly fierce, to achieve the modernization of logistics system, reduce the operation cost has become the Book logistics enterprises, an important way to improve competitiveness. The analysis of the existing logistics system bottlenecks, propose targeted solutions, has become an effective means of many logistics enterprises to enhance the efficiency of logistics system. In this paper, based on the Flexsim simulation software, the picking operation optimization on the Phoenix Books logistics system, in order to help enterprises to find the methods and ideas of picking operation efficiency.This paper analyzes the bottleneck of Phoenix Books logistics system, put forward an optimization scheme, and the modeling and Simulation of the optimization scheme by using Flexsim simulation software, through the comparison of results obtained for better alternatives.Specifically, in view of the present situation and reason of picking operation efficiency optimization is proposed, and the existing methods and optimization scheme of modeling and simulation based on Flexsim software, the model results verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme of "electronic tags assisted rack", to enhance the efficiency of up to 52%, then the number of picks, further use of Flexsim the salesman optimization shelf layout mode was simulated according to the model results, the optimal number of pickers and shelf layout was determined.5 putting strategy according to different rules of order picking in order, under different situations, simulation analysis based on Flexsim software, get the optimal order strategy on different order conditions. |
