With the continuous promotion of production capacity upgrade of manufacturing enterprises,spare parts storage system as a weaker part of business management,there is the problem of low efficiency and excess inventory of inventory.Spare parts as a manufacturing-based enterprises necessary material basis,on the one hand,to ensure that the production sector uninterrupted production activities;the other hand,to ensure rapid failure of equipment processing.Due to the special nature of spare parts inventory management,the company has long lacked a targeted warehousing solution.Modern storage systems represented by high-speed stacker and automated warehouse have been widely used in various fields of production and service.However,research and application of related program design for domestic spare parts warehouse are still rare.Therefore,through the design of the scheme of automated storage system of spare parts for enterprises,the paper aims to solve the existing problems of spare parts inventory management of manufacturing enterprises in China and provide guidance and reference for relevant scholars and business operators.Taking Q Company,a well-known pharmaceutical manufacturer in China as an example,this paper takes its spare parts warehousing system as the research object.After investigating the storage status quo,this paper designs a spare parts warehousing solution mainly based on the automated three-dimensional shelves.Based on Flexsim simulation software The design is modeled and simulated to verify the feasibility of the design.First of all,the dissertation introduces the research background and significance,expatiates on the inventory management of spare parts and the current status of automated warehouses,and provides a theoretical basis for the design of spare parts warehouses.Through the research on the state of application of modeling and simulation,the paper provides a method for program verification.Secondly,the status quo of the spare parts warehousing of Q Company was investigated.Mainly including the on-site management and layout of spare parts library,records and analysis of outbound and inbound operation procedures of spare parts warehouses,EIQ analysis of annual outbound and inbound items in 2016,and the statistics of the specifications and quantities of stock and materials throughout the year.According to the analysis of the status quo,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the spare parts warehouse of Q Company and provides a realistic basis for the next step of designing a new warehouse solutionThen,the design of the spare parts storage plan includes the selection and design of standardized storage units,the design of shelf scale,and the design of supporting facilities such as cargo inspection platforms.Finally,system simulation and performance verification of the designed spare parts warehousing system based on Flexsim software are carried out.Including the establishment of system conceptual model,the establishment of system visualization simulation model,the setting of simulation model parameters,the operation of simulation model and the result analysis.The significance of the thesis lies in that,in view of the particularity of spare parts warehousing system,a complete set of warehousing design flow is studied.In view of the characteristics of domestic spare parts and materials storage,the design idea of using automatic warehousing as main support and manual warehousing operation was established,and the feasibility of the design scheme was verified through simulation.The design ideas proposed in this paper are close to the status quo of the spare parts warehouse management of manufacturing companies,and they are operational.They provide methods and ideas for the design of the company's spare parts warehouse plan.
