Old-age insurance is not only directly related to the insured's rights, also affected the healthy development of the labor market. Along with globalization and the development of regional economic integration, China's economic and social development of the transformation, the acceleration of urbanization, the diversification of distribution system,there bound to be many difficult issues. Such as there must be a large-scale movement of labors in China, insured's trans-regional mobility will be more and more frequent, the coverage of old-age insurance will be expanded, workers'employment patterns are various, pension insurance in the transfer of successive intervals will be difficult, but at the present, old-age insurance system in China has not achieve a national co-ordination, the low level of pension insurance co-ordination which is directly related to the pension insurance fund will affect the fund's operation whether will be benign, and it is related to the expansion of old-age insurance coverage, the establishment of a multi-level old-age insurance system, the rational flow of human resources. To study China's old-age insurance in the vision of mobility in the labor force is based on the process of solving China's labor movement, their lack of old-age insurance benefits as well as hinder the reasonable and orderly flow of goals, taking into account the effect of various factors put forward counter measures to meet the needs of labor mobility, establishing a national co-ordination multi-level old-age insurance system.Firstly, I discuss the labor movement on the challenge of China's pension insurance system, analyze the background of China's labor movement, the movement of the status and the dynamics, the flow of meanings and its impact on the challenges of the current old-age insurance system respectively; And then I analyze the China's current pension system barriers to impede the flow of labor in the vision of our current lack of a unified pension insurance system, the basis for a big gap between urban and rural areas; various industries, regions, between the present fragmentation of ownership, management and co-factors analysis of low-level. Then I discuss the free movement of labor to build the institutional barriers to old-age insurance system. I describe the obstacles from outside and within the insurance system respectively. At last, I set out to build the flow of labor from the perspective of China's pension insurance system in response. I discuss it from three respects, firstly, we should break through the barriers which impede labor mobility outside the system of pension insurance system; Secondly, we should establish a free movement of labor pension system with clearly principles and conditions; Thirdly, I give some policy recommendations to establish a unified long-term mechanism to transfer the pension insurance system .
