Study On The RT Development Model In Shangluo

With the development of our economy and society, RT(RT is short of the Rural Tourism )is becoming more and more popular among the tourists in our country, the proportion of RT in tourism is more and more great. In our country, the rural tourism though starting late, but develops rapidly. However,the level of development is different totally in different places.A certain level of development of RT is restricted by the following factors: economic level, historical conditions, resource endowment and operation mode. During the rapid development of RT in China, a reasonable development mode of a region will greatly guide the RT development.The paper includes 5 chapters:Chapter 1, Introduction. Firstly, this Chapter introduces the research background, purpose and significance, comprehensively analyzes the research dynamic home and abroad, secondly presents research ideas and research methods, finally points out the possible innovations of this paper.Chapter 2, The definition of RT and basic theory.This chapter explains the RT's concept, characteristics, types, etc,in the process of analysis and summary, proposes the understanding and definition of RT, and analyses the relevant basic theory of RT .Chapter 3, The development analysis of Shangluo RT .Based on the analysis of operating profile and operating body, we put forward five typical RT business model: that "Farmers - Farmers" model, "Company - Farmers" model, "Company - Community - Farmers" model, "Corporate model", "Government - Company - Rural Tourism Association - Farmers" model, and comprehensively analyze and evaluate the five models,and put forward the exposed issue in RT operations. Combined with case, then this paper analyses the development of Shangluo RT , and analyses the problems and causes in the development of Shangluo RT , and then points out the potential advantages and disadvantages of RT development in Shangluo.Chapter 4, The designing of development model of Shangluo RT .Analyze the formation and evolution of the business model of Shangluo RT. Based on the actual investigation, we have suggested five possible business models to adapt to the development of Shangluo RT: Self-oriented development model, external business development model based family business, "Company - Farmers" development model, development model driven by industry associations and government-led development model.Chapter 5, The countermeasures of promoting the development of Shangluo RT. Following the principles of RT development, this paper proposes several countermeasures for the development of Shangluo RT.Including scientificly definiting the concept of RT, scientificly formulating development planning of RT industry , regulating the operating management of RT, improving the quality of the employees and create the brand of shangluo RT and strengthening policy support.
