Research On The Development Strategy Of Shangluo Service Industry From The Perspective Of Management Innovation Theory

Service industry,especially the modern service industry,has become a new economic impetus which represents the development level of of modern productive forces,the focus of national economic development,and the industry needs our country to vigorously promote.The report of the 18 th Party Congress calls for the development and expansion of service industry especially the modern service industry.Which is China's future important and stable economic growth point and the driving force.During the period of the 13 th Five-Year Plan,China's economic development has entered a new normal state.Although China's economy has grown steady,but it also faces a series of problems and challenges.In the new era,facing the fierce market competition,enterprises must constantly innovate to adapt to the changing market environment,so as to stimulate the survival potential of itself.Development of service industry is the important economy focus which promote the upgrading of industrial structure,the integration of three industrial integration and,the implementation of human-centered new urbanization and the the important support of promote economic growth and social development.During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period,the development of service industry in Shangluo City has made remarkable achievements and made great contributions to the development of economy and society.However,there are still many problems in the process.Such as the mall development total amount,lagging behind,low percentage,poor structure,single industry,low development level,lack of motivation,lack of talent and other issues.The development of Shangluo modern service industry has become a pillar industry in southern Shaanxi economic development.Combined with the actual situation of shangluo services,designing the service industry development strategy which is consistent with the planning of Shangluo city and Shaanxi province is the key to promote the economic development of shangluo.This paper considers that the implementation of management innovation is an effective way to change the status quo.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce the theory of service industry and management innovation in details.Based on the above background,this paper takes the innovation management to promote the development of service enterprises as the breakthrough point,and makes a theoretical analysis and practice on how to promote the effective development and implementation of the service industry in Shangluo City.This paper mainly studies the development strategy of Shangluo service industry from the perspective of management innovation theory.The paper first elaborated the background of this topic,the basis of the topic and the significance of the topic,then defines the connotation of enterprise management innovation,summarizes the contents of management innovation,analyzes the relevant theories of enterprise strategy,and explores the inspiration of management innovation to service industry development based on all the above.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems in the development of service industry in Shangluo City,this paper analyzes the strategic significance of Shangluo City in accelerating the development of service industry in the new period.Puts forward the overall concept of the development of service industry in Shangluo City,including the guiding ideology,the principle,and the relationship that should be handled in the development.On the basis of these studies,this paper analyzes the goal innovation and task innovation content of Shangluo city service industry in the new period,and finally puts forward the innovation and development strategic measures of service industry in Shangluo city in the new period.This paper considers that Shangluo city should accelerate the development of social organization,spare no effort to promote the market-oriented service reform,improve the service industry policy support system,pay attention to talent introduction and training of service industry talent.
