The global economy presses the companies and industries towards an increasingly competitive complexion. Much worse, the economic structure has been drastically impacted, by the financial crises. Some businesses have been put at the edge of the market, which means a higher requirement to management. The attraction to talents is becoming a crucial element of getting advantageous position in the furious competition. The self-esteem and value escalation of the employees should be taken into consideration while the Human Resource (HR) is intending to design a win-win HR policy. The satisfaction and loyalty of the employees, sometimes, based on the morale and attachment to the employers, can decide the success or failure of the company in a turbulent market, particularly under the circumstances of financial crises today.Based on the relevant theories, the paper studies the conditions of Career Planning for employees in Belton by questionnaire and interview. All of the collected data revealed some existing problems in Belton. Through analysis the causes have been traced and eventually, a holistic solution for a better performance of Belton is suggested, which is helpful for enhancing the satisfaction and loyalty of employees.
