This paper, based on the actual problems in practical work and the analysis of the present situation in the enterprise I work with, aims to use what have been learned in management theory to improve and upgrade the adaptability of the present institutions and find solutions to a series of problems in human resource management so as to improve the present human resource management and provide support to the enterprise to seize market opportunity in its process of second rise.This paper is divided into four parts, including summarizations, the present situation of the enterprise human resource management, description and analysis of problems in human resource management and solutions to these problems. The first part introduces the background of the enterprise studied, concerning its formation, business sphere, product, trademark, technology, quality and a review of its operation. It also briefs on the problems the enterprise faces in its human resource management and the main contents the paper intends to study. The second part introduces the present situations in the enterprise human resource management, involving staff formation, salary and welfare, employment assessment and promotion, training of staff, staff relationship and satisfaction degree of staff. The third part touches upon the three problems of increase of production without relevant increase of profit, bottleneck of staff development and interior equitability and analyzes the reasons and their negative impacts. The final part provides four solutions to the problems from such aspects as programming of adaptability in salary and welfare system, assisting staff in planning professional career, implementing rotation of occupations and setting up of a remuneration system based on performance.
