Study On The Power Supply Enterprise's Organization Model Under The New Situation

Along with the development of knowledge economy and information technology, an organic, alterable, compatible and flexibility flat structure organization came into being. Its structure pattern can enable the enterprise to become more flexible, highly effective under changeable, intense competition environment.The main content in this paper analyzed the present problem of power supply enterprise based on its present situation, and discussed the feasibility that the enterprise constructs the flat pattern and the specialization organization structure, then, analyzed the good and bad aspects of the feasible pattern and the influencing factor of decision-making. At last, discussed the question which possibly faces to and proposed the corresponding measures in process of transformation, with which provides the reference when company do full optimization activities to the organization structure. This paper also summarized some power enterprises'organization structure reform and practice and verified the specialization of power supply enterprises implementing flatting, the feasibility of the organizational structure.
