The thesis illustrates the background and business process reengineering theory of the topic. Take QDPSC as an example, analysis on power supply enterprises current organizational structure and issues, the necessary of reengineering business process and the risks of implementing business process reengineering are conducted. Many methodologies are applied to analyze power supply enterprises core business process, upon which new process-unitize organizational structure is designed. At the same time, further researches are conducted on specific organizational structure reengineering implementation program, and the general steps of the implementation program are proposed. At last, the thesis illustrates the relationships among reengineering, standardization construction and information construction. |
