The Evaluation Of The Construction Process About Railway Construction Project

This paper systematically cards the relevant theories of construction process evaluation about railway construction project. On that basis, firstly, creatively establishes index system of construction process evaluation about railway construction project according to the building principles of evaluation index system. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the construction process about railway construction project, makes an effective evaluation by using multi-level mathematical model of comprehensive evaluation. Finally, by L motor car as an example, evaluates its construction process through three aspects about goal realization of engineering construction, construction process control and construction efficiency index. The empirical research shows that the evaluation of the construction process can be applied to reduce subjectivity and blindness in investment decision-making process, improve investment efficiency, reduce investment risks and optimize the allocation of resources.
