| With the development of society and economy, more and more demand for oil and gas resources, as well as oil and gas productivity construction projects. So the engineering construction project post evaluation becomes an important part of the project life cycle and much importance attached on it. Post evaluation of construction project can summarize lessons, find out the problems in the construction of the project, guarantee the project of science and rationality, and provide reference for decision makers to reduce the decision error probability and help the management to improve the quality of decision-making and management level.Through the research on domestic and foreign post evaluation research, the thesis grasps the extent of the current post evaluation and makes post evaluation researches on the use of oil and gas productivity construction projects by different research methods. On the basis of the theory of post evaluation’s connotations, characteristics, functions, contents and methods, the thesis puts forward the evaluation index system of oil and gas productivity construction projects. The project evaluation is made respectively from the reservoir engineering project surface engineering evaluation index, drilling engineering project evaluation index, evaluation index, the benefit evaluation index and safety environmental protection energy-saving evaluation index. D81- after oblique 90 district construction project as an example, the thesis introduces the basic situation of D81- cable 90 a new project from the basic conditions, reservoir characteristics, research status and the implementation of the project. And making the post evaluation from the above five parts of the project, finally the thesis put on the project post evaluation conclusion.The results show that this project belongs to the basic project success. Researches help to provide decision support for the decision makers and to improve the level of management. |
