Research On The Practicing And Training For Logistic Special In Secondary Vocational Schools

With the deep development of China's vocational education and the deep reform of vocational skills education, training students the quality of vocational skills become more seriously by society .Better to carry out practice teaching, improve teaching quality and the importance of skills of students is becoming more evident.At present, vocational schools lack of practical teaching system of teaching theory as the guide, no form the relatively complete theoretical system, practical teaching theory, the necessary support only stay in teaching practice and secondary vocational education stage, running on the good and bad are intermingled, lacking resources, which seriously restrict the vocational school, especially secondary vocational schools of practice teaching. Therefore, the scientific training plan, vocational schools in practical design research, constructing secondary vocational education practice teaching theory frame, to guide the practical teaching, improving teaching quality has important practical significance.This article analysis from the background of our professional training in vocational Logistics ,with the research of professional training in logistics management, post project planning, training project design, equipment, facilities, configuration, training analysis and evaluation of the design aspects of the training patterns the exploration, explained the basic theory and training principles of design, training status of the secondary vocational schools, ,problems and solutions, analysis of the Vocational Education Model and the Teaching of Vocational Education and Training inspiration, made constructive reference views. The article use Shijiazhuang Railway Logistics Management Training School as a case, the determination of the training objectives, training plans, training programs and training room building was argued, made use of "logistics campus" concept designed to carry out training .
