| Logistics is titled as the third biggest profit source.Enterprises can save cost,enlarge profit and strengthen competition through increasing invest and strengthening management. In China,many types of equipment of logistics are backward,which are of labor-intensive enterprises.The development of logistics can provide more jobs and lighten the pressure in employment.The government attaches great importance to the development of logistics,and support is in policy.The scope of logistics has reached a high level and developed fastly since the end of 1980's.The development of logistics is in need of talents in logistics.In 2002,there is only one logistics vocational school in China,but now more than 1000 schools have been established. The course design was chaotic moreoner in many logistics vocational schools for a long time. Many of the schools copy the course of logistics colleges.The objectives,organizations, especially criterion of course vary among these schools."More theory,less practice" makes the students can not meet the needs of enterprises in school teaching.In order to standardize the course in loogistics vocational school,ministry of Education founded the Logistics vocational edueation committee in 2005,and organized some interrelated schools to formulate the plan on fostering the sequized talents in logistics vocational school.Howerver,this plan did not achieve its goal as expected.The problems on course weakened the vocational school students' potentialities and restrained their capabilities.The talents fostering is in need of course design,and the course design is the lose of fostering aim.Thus course design varies according to fostering aims.In order to meets make the students of logistics vocational school and meet the needs of markets, an urgernt question to solue.This paper analyzes the present state of the course in logistics vacational schools in China,it firstly analyzes some problems and then provides some useful ways to Solve them in course objectives,course confent,course organization,course criterion and so on.This paper also adopt many experts's theories and standardizes the course objectives,course confent, course organization,course criterion.This paper has its certain significeence in the course design of logistics vocational school to some extent. |
