In recent years, the country attaches great importance to the construction and development of secondary vocational education and training teachers. Now, social needs more secretarial major graduates, and in secondary vocational and training schools, secretarial major is a common major. Because of the insufficient quantity and quality of secretarial teachers, the development of secretary major in secondary vocational and training school is affected seriously. Therefore, in order to provide abundant secretarial teachers which have a high quality and the "double division type" ability, a major which is undergraduate level, specifically for cultivate secondary vocational and training school’s secretarial teachers, called secretarial science is arises at the historic moment.If the secretarial science which for secondary vocational education and training school’s secretarial teachers want to achieve its goals, it must to build a scientific and complete cultivating system, which contains a number of complicated content, involves in all aspects of the cultivating process. Using the methods of field investigation and literature review, and other research methods, in this paper, the research theme about the standard of secretarial science which for secondary vocational education and training school’s secretarial teachers is selected from the cultivating system, puts forward a series of academic point.First of all, this paper analyzes the present situation and the demand of secondary vocational education and training school’s secretarial teachers. At present, the main problems of them is inadequate, unreasonable structure of professional titles, too many female teachers, insufficient practical teaching ability and practical experience, lack of learning opportunities, unstable sources of teachers, and so on. In number, there are about300,000students studying in more than1,400secondary school’s secretary major, but only have about7,000secretary teachers to teach them, a huge gap between demand and provide is existing. In terms of quality and ability, the secondary vocational and training school pay special attention to "double division type" teachers’ quality and ability in recruitment of secretarial teachers.Secondly, this paper analyzes the present situation of the secretarial science which for secondary vocational education and training school’s secretarial teachers. At present, the major recruit about1200students a year in total. It is a pity that there are less than30% students choose the secondary vocational education and training school’s secretarial teachers as their career after graduated, far cannot meet the demand of secondary vocational schools in numbers. Besides, the quality and ability cultivating mode is very similar to the ordinary undergraduate higher education. The training course about practice teaching ability is insufficient, the object of the cultivate lack of practical experience, gaping with the requirements called "double division type teachers" of secondary vocational school.Finally, a series of academic point about how to build the cultivate standard secretarial science which for secondary vocational education and training school’s secretarial teachers are put forward.
