The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the 2020 Central Rural Work Conference that after the victory in the fight against poverty,we should comprehensively promote rural revitalization,which is a historic shift in the focus of the work of the "three rural areas".The meeting also pointed out that "to speed up the modernization of rural agriculture,so that agriculture has become a head-to-head industry,so that farmers become attractive occupations,so that rural areas become a beautiful home for living and working in peace and security." "The revitalization of talents is the key to the revitalization of the countryside,the improvement of the quality of farmers is the basis of the revitalization of talents,education and training is the fundamental to improve the quality of farmers.The training of new professional farmers is an important foundation for the revitalization of the countryside,and also a key link for the development of modern agricultural industry and the construction of beautiful countryside.Document No.1 of the Central Committee for 2020 points out that the integration and utilization of agricultural broadcasting schools,agricultural research institutes,agricultural-related colleges and universities,leading agricultural enterprises and other resources to accelerate the construction of a new type of vocational farmers education and training system.So speeding up the training of agricultural-related talents,bridging the development of vocational education for rural areas,agriculture and farmers,and helping the countryside to revitalize in an all-round way have also become an important task in secondary vocational schools.In order to improve the secondary vocational school new professional farmers training effect for the purpose,this paper take theory of agricultural modernization,theory of vocational education and theory of lifelong education as the foundation,found the ganzhou agricultural school new vocational training farmers and the participation of farmers of interviews and questionnaires,comprehensive analysis of the participation of farmers in gender,age,educational background structure,training process,evaluation,etc.,secondary vocational schools to find new professional farmers training before the training work of quality management in the process of preparation,training,and training after the tracking service three link there are some problems,is of great importance to improve training effect.The main reasons for these problems are as follows.First,from the social perspective,with the widening gap between urban and rural areas,the pressure of increasing farmers' income increases,the sense of farmers' professional identity is low,the outflow of rural youth labor force is serious,and the cultivation of farmers' successors is faulted.Secondly,from the perspective of the training itself,the degree of social participation is low,the cultivation mode is not mature enough,the training lacks effective supervision and assessment,and the pertinence and effectiveness of the training are greatly reduced.Third,from the point of view of secondary vocational schools,training attention is not enough,training management is not in place,the quality of training teachers is not high.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the training of new vocational farmers in secondary vocational schools,strengthen the management of the training process,construct the training quality guarantee mechanism,and perfect the construction of laws and regulations,so as to improve the effectiveness of the training of new vocational farmers in secondary vocational schools.
