Discuss the types of Virtual Human Resource Management risk, from internal risks and external risks, and conduct detailed description. In accordance with the dynamic change of the risk in the different applications of assessment form, and combining the characteristics of the virtual human resource management, build the index system of the risk assessment. Obtain the data by use of the expert scoring method, use the AHP to determine weights, use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the various risk factors, and ultimately get the results of a risk assessment.Finally, put forward the risk prevention and control measures of the enterprise virtual human resource management and establish a comprehensive and effective risk control mechanism. The risk-control mechanism includes two aspects: the risk control based on formal contracts and the trust and coordination mechanisms based on contractual relationships.
