Therefore, it has a very broad prospect for development.This paper begins with the reality of our national conditions, makes our three main aged modes as pointcut, comparatively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages among the aged modes provided by family, welfare agencies and apartment, reaches conclusion that the apartment provided for the aged meets the increasing needs of the elderly better, and makes a feasibility analysis for the market potential of our aged mode provided by apartment for the elderly. According to analyzing the current development status, problems and causes of our apartment for the elderly, and learning from the successful experience of apartment for the elderly at home and abroad, the author of this paper puts forward to the countermeasures and suggestions for development of our aged mode provided by apartment.
