Old-age Insurance System In Shaanxi Province Under The Trend Of Population Aging

Aging phenomenon is a inevitable problem since human being coming into the twenty-one century.Along with the development of the economic and the advancement of the society, the level of people's health is improving ,the degree of the shaanxi province's aging population is continuously aggravating. The increasing aged population in shaanxi province has aggravated social burden, and that shaanxi province is not a developed area,this made the problem of social security especially outstanding. So it is very important that we research on the problem of the aging population and provided for the aged . This thesis based on the abuntdant theory and investigative conclusion . we also explored problem of the aging population and provided for the aged in shaanxi province .The paper is divided into five parts:Section one includes foreword. Under the background of population aging, foreword analyses the purpose and meaning, and introduces the research approach and the basic frame of this paper.Section two is summarize. In this section ,the author explains some related concepts about the aging population and provided for the aged .analyzes the research standpoints of the problem at home and abroad.Section three: The aging course analysis of shaanxi population .This part adopts descriptive statistics method,such as statistical graphs,statistical forms,explanatory note,etc, and the software of Excel2003 and Spss11.0 to analyze the development process and characteristic of population aging.The paper makes use of the statistical analysis to predict the population scale of shaaxi in the future.The fourth section:The paper proposes some countermeasures in order to solve the current problems which exist in shaanxi province.Section five is conclusion.The paper has pointed out the limitation that this paper studies and the problem needed to study further.
