The 21st century increasingly competitive market, competitive intelligence research is coming under increasing attention. In the field of competitive intelligence value of the information is gradually in-depth, from the published papers to see the value of competitive intelligence assessment of the study also is still in the initial stage, most studies have focused on competitive intelligence information systems in vertical transfer value analysis , or the emphasis on the role of business intelligence-specific research. It should be noted that the same information on the business value of different departments is different, because a correlation between the business sector between the combined value of information should be delivered according to their relationship within the enterprise and integrated assessment.The main contents as follows:The first chapter introduces the research part of the problem, research background, research status, the paper's research methods and innovative points.Chapter II introduces related concepts and basic theory of this paper have important relations with several concepts and theories. Including the concept of competitive intelligence and the intelligence value, value delivery and value-added concept and the basic theory of valuation.The third chapter is the focus of this article, the main value of using mathematical methods of passing from the association and using the association graph theory modeling of intelligence value transfer constructed a theoretical model is given a mathematical expression and the automatic analysis program design methods and algorithms.Fourth chapter is based on Chapter III of the foundation. Chapter III studies combined, Chapter IV construct a value-based assessment system for delivery of competitive intelligence framework and objectives of proposed assessment for certain specific evaluation system building methods, the evaluation process and the intelligence value of qualitative analysis and quantitative assessment.Chapter V combines the company's competitive intelligence valuation JK instance, using the proposed model and evaluation method for JK comprehensive assessment of the impact of marketing strategy for a group of intelligence value, verify the availability of value transfer theory model, Scientific and the assessment system is studied.This study is based on the value of passing the value of competitive intelligence assessment. Comprehensive analysis of the purpose of intelligence for the company the amount of information, accurately grasp the value of competitive intelligence, competitive intelligence system for rational use of scientific decision-making, methods and tools have important practical significance. However, my competitive intelligence research is just at the initial stage, the content of Competitive Intelligence is the industry's supply and demand more information on market conditions and other primary information, intelligence is not easy to determine the size of the magnitude of value, the natural intelligence of the reference value is limited. Expertise is also good and bad intelligence analysts. Therefore, for the already completed and under construction, competitive intelligence system in China, proposed to provide for intelligence analysis and the value of research based solutions for improving our business CI system, and improve their competitiveness, win and maintain competitive advantage, with of great practical significance and long-term strategic significance.
