In the current information age, many factors will affect or threaten the safety of enterprise competitive intelligence, thus the safety problem has become the bottle-neck influence on the development of the Enterprise Competitive Intelligence. There are embodiments of functions and the distribution of tasks in the process of the Competitive Intelligence, which will deal with the relationships of Man-Man, Man-Machine and Man-Competitive Environment. These relationships constitute the Man-Machine system of the Enterprise Competitive Intelligence.Aiming at the issue of enterprise CI security at present, this thesis begins with basic elements of CI action to analyze those factors impacting CI safety by using Man-Machine system theory. These main influence factors are divided into three kinds: human, machine and environment. And then this paper studies their sub-factors with the Hierarchy Model of AHP and analyzes detailed the effect on CI security from each kind of factor. In the end the study puts forward strategies to protect enterprise CI security with the view of human, machine and environment. As to factors of human, the companies should strengthen their staffs'consciousness of CI and improve the management of staffs. As to factors of machine, the enterprise should enhance the technology of CI security protection. As to factors of environment, the firms should set up organization to take charge CI security, constitute regulations of CI security and establish relevant laws, etc.The results show that analyzing factors influencing enterprise CI security with man-machine system theory is available. The enterprises must pay attention to the effect on CI security from environment with man and machine factor analysis while they strengthen their CI security protection. Between man and machine, man and environments, the independence of man are highlighted as well as the support between each other. Man-machine system theory has a guiding role in the construction of competitive intelligence system.
