In recent years, because of the increasing of socioeconomic environment's unrest, the organization competed the aggravating, business model's change, the tradition organizational structure's change as well as the staff individual consciousness's promotion, the organizational identification(OID), regardless of organized regarding the individual already even more appeared important, in organized and between the individual seeks the organization to approve both has positive and the latent influence to both sides. This research through the real diagnosis method, has discussed the enterprise culture the influence which organizes to the staff to approve, thus for the enterprise through cultural reconstruction's method, enhances the staff to provide the target-oriented suggestion to organization's approval.This study first reviewed the literature, then demonstrated the feasibility through individual interviews. On this basis, the design and hypothesizes of the study were determined. According to analyze the date that was collected by questionnaire survey, the main conclusions of the study can be included:1. The OID of different characteristic and scale enterprises have significant difference. The degree of OID, the state-owned is the highest and the private is the lowest, the medium-size is the highest and the large-size is the lowest.2. The OID of different attributes (sex, education, job type) employees have significant difference. The degree of OID, the male is higher than the female, the secondary/high school education and below is higher than the master education and above, the college education is the lowest, the manger is higher than the techniques.3. The impact of corporate culture on employee organizational identification is significant. The dimensionality named empowerment & capability development of corporate culture involvement trait have Significant positive effect on OID. The dimensionality named core values of CC consistency trait have Significant positive effect on OID. The dimensionality named creating change of CC adaptability trait have significant negative effect on OID. The dimensionality named strategic direction and intent & goals and objectives of CC mission trait have significant positive effect on OID. 4. According to the conclusion of this study, several proposals about corporate culture building were put forward from the perspective of employee organizational identification:(1) key of corporate culture building is to internalize the enterprise expressive values.(2)A enterprise can enhance the employee organizational identification by building trust culture, people-oriented culture, strategy-oriented culture and objective-oriented culture.(3) The difficulty of corporate culture building is culture change, a enterprise should treat culture change prudently.
