Corporate culture,as a subdivision of culture,is the soul of the enterprise development,which also can be regarded as the great strength and the effective guarantee for the enterprise to achieve sustainable growth.A successful corporate culture can effectively help the enterprise to expand and enhance its core competitiveness.The research on corporate culture began in the United States in the 1980 s,while the domestic study of it started relatively late.And the priority was applied to large state-owned enterprises.JY group is a private enterprise with steel and iron as its main business and enjoys a history of more than 20 years.During the years of the 13 th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development,the iron and steel overcapacity is a problem urgently to be solved.On the basis of the study on corporate culture theories,this thesis is completed in many ways such as: the combination of theory and practice,qualitative and quantitative analysis,historical analysis.Besides,the basic situation and the historical development of JY group have also been taken into consideration.The thesis generalizes JY group's four levels of corporate culture: spiritual culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture and material culture,and also provides a detailed explanation of its characteristic culture:respect culture,gratitude culture as well as red culture.Finally,this thesis has reviewed all the achievements JY group has made during the corporate culture construction,summarized the current existing problems.What's more,in order to further perfect the construction of corporate culture,it also proposes some targeted suggestions on how to establish a learning organization,how to optimize organizational structure,how to strengthen the cultural publicity of diversified industry and how to promote enterprise products.This essay also can be used as a reference for other enterprises to construct their own culture.
