With the increasingly prominent role of service-oriented enterprises in China's economic and social development,the Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of service-oriented enterprises.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the strong economic growth trends and industrial driving ability of the service-oriented companies have attracted widespread attention from the world.All the countries and regions over the world have cultivated modern service-oriented industry as the pillar industry of the national economy and social development.Corporate culture is the soul of the enterprise,and it has always been a hot issue for scholars at home and abroad.However,there is relatively little research on corporate cultural identification.And the study on Corporate Culture Identification in Service-oriented Industry is even less.The study will pick up corporate GBS as representative of service-oriented industry to be the research object.It will not only be helpful in understanding the corporate cultural identification of the employees and providing relevant suggestions for corporate culture construction,but also have certain practical significance.The study will adopt the method of convenient sampling,and use "Organizational Cultural Identification Questionnaire" made by Mr.Chen Zhizhong and Mr.Zhang De to carry out a questionnaire survey.The survey will measure corporate culture form four dimensions: cognitive level,behavioral level,spiritual level,and socialization level.Then SPSS statistical software will be chose as tool to analyze the reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis.Finally,it is concluded that gender factors have no significant effect on corporate cultural identification.The four demographic variables that have a significant impact on corporate cultural identification are age factor,working years at GBS,positions at the company and education background.Based on the conclusion,the study will propose improvement suggestions for corporate culture construction.
