With China's joining WTO, the economic globalization and the global market competition, it is imminent for China fashion enterprises to apply ERP management concept and to implement the ERP systems. ERP systems can generate tremendous benefits to for fashion enterprises and make the companies be full of vigor and vitality.This dissertation is comprised of the following four parts. The first part is the summary of ERP. A correct knowledge and understanding of ERP is the prerequisite for ERP implementation. So firstly, this part of the dissertation introduces the concept of ERP, the core management philosophy of ERP, ERP developing process and developing trends. Secondly, this part introduces the function modules of the ERP system, the implementing methods and processes, and the implementation status of the ERP systems in China and abroad.The second part is the research of the ERP implementation states in Fashion enterprises. According to the present situation, this dissertation studies the restraint factors and the main problems in the ERP implementation in China Fashion enterprises.The third part is the research on the key problems of ERP implementation fashion enterprises. The key problems include: the business administration is not standardized; the top leader does not give enough support to ERP implementation, being eager to apply information technology with a blind understanding, improper software selection, and poor business process reengineering.Part four is the research on the countermeasures of the ERP implementation. The countermeasures proposed include: establishing rules and systems, standardizing management, the leaders take part in the implementation, preparation before implementation, ERP software selection strategy and an efficient business process reengineering. In order to verify the correctness and feasibility of each countermeasure, every countermeasure is accompanied by case study of a famous fashion enterprise, including Li Ning Company, Beijing Aimer limited liability company, Shanghai La Chapelle Garment Co., Ltd. etc.
