Study On The Tourism Spatial Structure Of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone Based On Pole-Axis Theory

On tourism planning, the spatial structure is particular important, the construction of the space structure has important guiding significance in searching the strengths of regional tourism development, determining the geographical characteristics and direction of tourism development, optimization the tourism interval function, drawing up the tourism development strategies.On July 1, 2009, Liaoning coastal economic zone development has been incorporated into national strategies. How to maintain the leading position in tourism development in Liaoning Province, radiation and even effective guidance in"Northeast Asia" tourism development has become a key problem. Optimizing the spatial structure of tourism, building the best pattern of tourism will help promote tourism development in key areas and nodes, and promoting the coordination of regional characteristics of the space environment; to achieve a diverse development and for promoting tourism space integration, improve the overall level of tourism development has a positive meaning."Pole-Axis" system theory as the basis theory for regional development has important theoretical and practical guide of tourism. Paper analyzed and summarized the previous research, focusing on the Pole-Axis theory is used in the significance of tourism development. Take Liaoning coastal economic zone as a case, the background of tourism space construction was analyzed, including tourism resources, traffic conditions and the spatial structure of urban system, and described the major problems. Summed up in Liaoning coastal economic zone and the development of tourism focus on the development axis defined according to the choice node, and Liaoning, according to this set of three coastal economic zone axis and the level of tourism development focus on the development node. The conclusion of Liaoning coastal economic zone's tourism spatial structure system is: a core, a major tourist development axis and four tourism areas (Great Dalian tourism area, Dandong tourism areas, the Western Liaoning tourism areas, Yingkou-Panjin tourism area), built the pole - Line - Area Regional Tourism space structure.
