Chemical Enterprises Research On The Financial Strategy

Along with progress and fast development of social economy and science & technologies, the business environment of companies makes big changes in the recent decade. The Former comparatively pure and stable environment does not exist and what takes its place is just a highly complicated and dramatically changing one which leads to a gradually reciprocity-bonded relationship between enterprises and environment. The nowadays enterprises are just facing a diversified and complicated financial management environment. With day by day hotter competition in between nations and enterprises, companies must make a rational response back according to this rapidly shifting internal and external environment. The research whose theme are profit, cost and benefit has been gradually replaced by one who focus on enterprises'survival and development issue.After China's entry of WTO,facing the worldwide more intensive competition, the theme of how to maintain a company and its sustainable development will be the very one need researching and handling.The research of enterprise financial tactic which are based on comprehensive evaluation to enterprise competitiveness and its sustainable development is divided into various types depending on different financial tactics. It focuses on analyzing its financial properties so to set down and choose different financial tactic for a good match.This thesis is divided into 6 parts, and its basic idea goes like following: The Chapter 1 analyzes the contribution and shortcoming, strength and weakness of current data through two main aspects which are financial tactic and competitiveness of domestic and foreign companies and sustainable development, so to finalize personal viewpoint and also define the research background, origin, relative definition and research method of this thesis. Then, based on discussion on financial tactic method in Chapter 2 and theoretical analysis of enterprise financial tactic in Chapter 3, this thesis expatiate the meaning, character, type and measurement standard of financial tactic. It dissertates the choice and rectification of enterprise financial tactic. Also author makes respective dissertations on enterprise financial tactic decision and rectification. In the end, the author makes a final conclusion based on the analysis and appraisal of 22 selected chemical and industrial listed companies'competitiveness, financial tactic basic financial record according to the demonstration, analysis and research of their basic financial records.From the lines we can figure out that along with the guideline of enterprise competiveness it makes great sense to adjust enterprises'financial activities from sustainable development point of view. Besides, in Chapter 6 the author also points out the research on vision and the limitation of this thesis.This article seeks to introduce tactic management into financial management field from the point of view of management science. Then we do research and analysis on periodical financial strategy which based on enterprise sustainable development according to management science and economics science and finally pin down the enterprise's financial tactic according to the matrix diagram which based on enterprises competitiveness and sustainable development status. We expect to make an innovative balancing between the enterprises'sustainable development of financial tactic.
