Almost all of the enterprises are eager to growth, but many ones because of carrying out inappropriate growth policy are fail can be found everywhere in real life. From domestic circumstance,although growth is seen as a primary goal, many enterprises neglect the sustainability of growth and have to get into financial distress as overlooking the support of internal resources and management improvement when there is high growth.Also, it is a waste of internal valuable economic resources when the enterprises grow too slowly.To the enterprise, both growing too fast and small have serious drawbacks.As a esult,keeping the enterprise sustainable growth as a strategic thought is generally accepted with the rapid development of capital markets and economic gobalization,dealing with the relationship between the sales growth and profit growth, the actual growth and sustainable growth has become the core of enterprise growth management.However,there are various factors influencing the enterprise sustainable growth,at present the research related to enterprise sustainable growth are more concentrated in the enterprise culture, technology innovation, human resources and so on. This paper is mainly from the perspective of financial situations.The purpose of this paper is beating the management idea of sustainable growth into managers and supervisors’s head and providing a method of maintaining a reasonable growth speed.By comparising with the enterprise real growth rate and sustainable growth rate calculated by the model,the managers could estimate the present development station of the enterprise and predict the possibility of financial problems.So this study could provide some suggestions of financial decision to the managers.First of all, this paper introduces the enterprise sustainable growth and the factors which influences the enterprise sustainable growth in theory. Then the paper introduces the sustainable growth models and makes a comparative analysis and evaluation of the models after the model introduction and empirical tests. This paper takes one enterprise as the object analyzing the sustainable growth rate by only one model.Finally this paper proposes the financial strategiesl of enterprise sustainable growth for the managers.
