Enterprise Groups are the latest form of Production focus and capital concentrate .Besides, They are an inevitable result of deeply development of social production and market economy. With the improvement of people's lives and human society ,their emergence plays the important promotion and acceleration roles in promoting and accelerating the development of social economy, In the development of about 20 years, Enterprise Groups in our country have experienced many difficulties and made great progress .However , there are still lots of shortcomings ,such as weak ability to defend financial risks and keep up profit increase, and lack of the core competence. The serious question facing on our Enterprise Groups is that they can't keep up developing healthily and well for a long time. Lots of Enterprise Groups become insolvent after short resplendence such as D'LONG GROUP and SOUTEC and so on. Now china has accessed to WTO, and Chinese Enterprise Groups must face the furious market competition, so in our society, great attention has been paid to this thing that how to keep up survival and development of our Enterprise Group in the furious market's competition .At this crucial moment, some people put forward a point of view that actualizes sustainable development strategy of Enterprise Groups and this view has been quickly agreed on by most people. From the 1980s to the 1990s, a lot of enterprises such as Haier,Lenovo,Hisense and ChangHong, have put forward some slogans one after another such as "become a century shop", "become " a real long life corporation" and "create lifetime" etc.So actualizing sustainable development strategy of Enterprise Groups has become an exigent request of this century. Financial strategy as part of enterprise's strategy must comply with the enterprise's strategy. So we should study on financial strategy from sustainable development of Enterprise Groups angles. But the study in this area is very limited till now, so it is necessary to study the financial strategy of sustainable development of Enterprise Groups. In addition, our Enterprise Groups have many questions in financial management, and one of the most serious question lacks of strategic vision such as only looking at temporary profit and not considering trouble caused after that., looking after short-term benefits and lacking of long-term program etc. So the study on the financial strategy of Enterprise Groups fromsustainable development is mostly important and has significant meaning.And in this thesis, the study on financial strategy of Enterprise Groups has been made from six aspects such as strategic background , strategic idea, strategic surroundings, strategic target, strategic emphases and strategy method wholly and amply from sustainable development of Enterprise Groups' angles. And those arguments are put forward that the strategic target is to maximize the ability of sustainable development of Enterprise, and the strategic key factors are to promote defending the financial risk and earning profits, and the core competence and the ability of earning profits. The strategic countermeasure is to form and implement the financial strategy based on the lifecycle of Enterprise Groups, and it has discussed these viewpoints in details.
