Steel industry is the essential national industry of China, the indespensible material base in the fully actualization of a well-off society. In the recent 20 years, the steel industry of China has developed by leaps and bounds, and the output of steel industry has been ranked the first since 1996 up till now which plays a vital part in the constant, high-speed development of national economy. However, steel industry is also the industry known for its high energy-consumption and high waste-discharge. While it is contributing to the high-speed development of economy and satisfying the ever increasing needs of material, it also shares its demerits in wasting a lot of sources and energy and polluting heavily the air. The 16th People's Conference of CPC has made it clear that sustainable strategic development and new model industralization are what China pursues. Therefore the steel industry of China now is faced with the questions of how to maintain its development in a sustainable way with sources, energy and environment are mutually compatible. Nowadays, the study of recyclable economy is underway in China. The combination of the philosophy of recyclable economy and the reality of steel company of China is of strategic significance to the searching of a steel company recyclable economical development model.This thesis attempts to put the theories of recyclable economy into the practice of industrial production. The issues discussed are highly-specific and the suggestions resulted from the discussion are very practical. Also this thesis combines the quantitive and qualititive analyses and normative and positive analyses and put forward the steel company recycible economical development model. This thesis begins with the current situation of steel company in their recycible economical development, and uncovers the problems and shortcomings of the companies of China. Then based on the stage categorization of the steel company recycible economical development, the current author constructs a comprehensive evaluation model for coal industry and provides for company administration an effective means of monitoring. In the end, the thesis comes up with practical suggestions and measures for steel company developing recycible economy.
