The traditional steel is an important basic industry of our country,after years of rapid growth,Chinese steel production has been ranked first in the world,at the same time,Chinese steel capacity appeared serious oversupply situation.Yunnan iron and steel industry is very competitive,in addition to the iron and steel enterprises The face of local competition between enterprises,but also deal with from the northern part of China,the Middle East,the iron and steel enterprise competition,iron and steel enterprises in these areas and steel trade has the full set of "going out" cross regional business ideas,but business ideas and business vision of the iron and steel enterprises in Yunnan province is relatively backward.Steel is a type of the original fuel consumption in the whole industry,iron and steel production cost,purchasing cost of raw materials accounted for more than 70%.In the serious oversupply of steel production capacity and Yunnan iron and steel enterprises in a very competitive environment,Yunnan iron and steel enterprises to survive and seek development,we must strengthen the control of the original purchase cost of fuel.Coal in the procurement cost the original fuel accounted for30%,coal coal procurement supplier is the source,the entire steel industry supply chain,therefore,do a good job of coal supplier selection evaluation,not only relates to the control of coal procurement costs,but also relates to the iron and steel industry supply chain efficiency,of great significance.This paper takes Yunnan Province large private steel enterprises--Yunnan DG Steel Corp as the research object,the application of supply chain management theory and supplier selection and evaluation theory,combined with the existing DG Steel Corp of Yunnan coal procurement and coal supplier management problems by AHP,construct the evaluation system of coal suppliers,including the selection of evaluation index system,index weight calculation,evaluation table design.This paper selects the Yunnan DG Steel Corp three coal suppliers,application and feasibility analysis of theconstruction of coal supplier selection and evaluation system,and puts forward some suggestions and strategies for three coal supplier management.The coal supplier selection evaluation system in this paper can provide help for the selection,evaluation and management of coal suppliers of Yunnan DG Steel Corp,and can provide reference for the management of other coal suppliers of iron and steel enterprises.In addition,this paper sets up the market information system of Yunnan DG Steel Corp,and systematically combs every node of the market information construction,which is of great practical significance for strengthening the evaluation of coal suppliers and information exchange.
