Steel Construction Projects Evaluation System Based On Circular Economy Research

The thesis mainly discusses the establishment of the steel construction projectevaluation system and evaluation methods based on Circular Economy.In the introduction part, the thesis firstly gives an introduction to the backgroundand the meaning of the research, the status quo of the circular economy at home andabroad and the steel construction project evaluation research, and the researchingcontents and methods. In Chapter two, the thesis analyzes the status quo and theinadequacies of the current project evaluation system of our country, points out thatthe circular economy theory should be introduced into the overall evaluation of thesteel construction projects, and presents examples to illustrate the current projectionevaluation flow. In Chapter three, a general description of the circular economy isgiven, the meaning, the development principle, the theoretical basis, and thedevelopment process of the circular economy are analyzed and summarized, so as toprovide a theoretical foundation for the analysis in the following chapters. In Chapterfour, a research of the status quo and the problems of the steel industry is given, it isillustrated that it is appropriate and necessary to introduce the circular economytheory into the projection construction because of the structural features of the steelindustry itself, and a research of the circular economy steel project construction modeand the successful application of the steel industry circular economy mode at homeand abroad is given. In Chapter five, the thesis discusses how to establish a steelconstruction project circular economy evaluating indicator system, and subsequentlymainly uses an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to give an overallevaluation on the steel construction project circular economy evaluating indicatorsystem. In Chapter six, the circular economy programming short stratospheric projectof Nanjing Iron and Steel Company is used as a practice, and the system is applied forthe overall evaluation. Finally, the conclusions and suggestions are obtained, theadoption of the system and the method is quite helpful for the requirement of fullyshowing the circular economy at the source of the project, i.e. the initial stage of thedecision, and is a beneficial exploration of the evaluation of the circular economy atthe mciro-project level. Meanwhile, it also indicates the weaknesses and inadequaciesof the research.
