Total Productive Mantenance (TPM) is the procedure that is based on equipment management which improves the enterprise gradually. Taking TPM action builds the nip in the bud system, It will take an important part in reducing the costing, increasing the productivity, improving the management and enhancing the competition of enterprise.Tish article, based on researching and analyzing TPM basic theory and generalizing and application theory and method of TPM in equipment dense industry, combining experience of domestic and overseas enterprises that succeed in TPM action, researches the building TPM action in detail according to the whole project.(1) It confirms to implements TPM action from 3 ways: improving pattern action, independent saving from damage and maximizing benefit action.
